2. PRODUCTS + ORDERS

• Each item is handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, and may feature natural variations in grain, colour, or finish. These are part of the beauty and uniqueness of handmade work and are not considered faults. 

• Prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and may change without notice. 

• When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. A sale is considered complete once full payment has been received. 

• In the unlikely event of an error in pricing or product information, I reserve the right to cancel or amend the order.

3. SHIPPING + DELIVERY

• Orders are carefully packaged and couriered within New Zealand and internationally. Delivery times vary and are outlined in the Shipping Policy.

• Once dispatched, I am not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or other external factors.

4. RETURNS + REFUNDS

• My Happiness Guarantee applies: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or credit. 

• Returned items must be in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All artworks, designs, photographs, and written content are the intellectual property of Gavin Brunton unless otherwise stated.

   

• They may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without express written consent.

6. LIABILITY

• My wooden bowls and vessels are intended as functional or decorative pieces for home use. They should not be subjected to prolonged soaking in water, extreme heat, or misuse.

• I am not liable for any loss or damage resulting from improper use of the products.
