I take great care in producing beautiful work.  But in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or credit. This is because it’s both important that you are happy and each piece deserves a home where it is loved.

In such an event:

  • The item must be returned within 10 working days of purchase.
  • The customer must, within 4 working days of receiving the item, notify Gavin Brunton of the return of the item and the reasons for doing so.
  • The goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sent.
  • Return shipping must be organised and paid for by the customer.

Exchange or credit will not be given if the customer has damaged the goods. This includes damage caused by inadequate packing when returning goods.

All items purchased through Gavin Brunton are guaranteed to be of the highest quality.

If you simply change your mind, or your circumstances have changed, Gavin Brunton does not have to provide a refund or exchange.

It is at the discretion of Gavin Brunton to exchange or credit an item that is unwanted due to a change of heart.

It is often not easy to discern the size of a particular item by looking solely at the images as no reference of scale is provided. So, please check the dimensions provided carefully to make sure you have a good understanding of the size of each piece.

*Please note – The items Gavin Brunton makes and sells are all handmade from natural materials. There can be numerous bark inclusions, voids, cracks and surface textures which are all part of the look of the finished piece.

These inconsistencies are not deemed faults and claims will only be considered if there are defects in workmanship or defective materials. If you would like additional images of a piece to ensure you will be happy with the work that you’re interested in purchasing: please just ask.

Claims due to damage by negligence, accident or unreasonable use will not be recognised.
