SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Items couriered within New Zealand will be delivered to the address given within 4-6 working days. This is, in part, due to the time required to get items packed up and ready for sending but also because sending packages off the island needs to be timed for the mail ferry.

If your address is rural: please allow an extra couple of days delivery.

Your order will be delivered by NZ Post Courier service.

We will inform you with a shipping confirmation email, which will have the tracking number for your parcel and estimated delivery date.

Online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. There may be some delay around Public Holidays.

If I visit Kawau Island can I pick up my purchase in person?

Yes you can pick up your order if you’re visiting or live here on Kawau Island.

Simply select the ‘Local pickup’ option when your in the check out.

This also removes any shipping costs from your order

What happens if it gets damaged in transit?

All of my work is packaged very carefully before shipping and is also insured. 

So, in the unlikely event that item is damaged in transit, you could have the choice of a store credit or full refund.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

If you would like items shipped to an International destination. Simply enter your address at the checkout and the cost of shipping will be calculated for you

Goods delivered internationally may be subject to import charges. Gavin Brunton has no control over any customs, duties or taxes that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. You are solely liable for these charges.
