I put great care into creating each piece, and I want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, you are welcome to return it for a full refund or store credit. Every piece deserves a home where it’s truly valued.

Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

• Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

• If the return is due to an item being damaged or faulty, I will cover the return shipping cost.

• Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item.

• Please note: refunds or credits cannot be issued if the item has been damaged by the customer, including damage caused by inadequate packaging during return shipping.

Damaged or Faulty Items

• While rare, issues can occasionally occur. Items are considered faulty if they arrive damaged, or if a manufacturing fault appears within six months of purchase.

  • Damage caused by dropping, misuse, or general wear and tear is not considered a fault.

  • If your item is damaged or faulty, please email a photo and description to gavin@woodenbowl.co.nz.

  • Together we’ll decide the best solution—whether that’s a repair, replacement, or full refund.

REFERENCE OF SCALE

It is often not easy to discern the size of a particular item by looking solely at the images as no reference of scale is provided.

So, please check the dimensions provided carefully to make sure you have a good understanding of the size of each piece.

*Please note – The items Gavin Brunton makes and sells are all handmade from natural materials. There can be numerous bark inclusions, voids, cracks and surface textures which are all part of the look of the finished piece.
