What value vouchers do you offer?
You can choose any dollar value you wish. All amounts are in NZD.

Do you offer physical (printed) vouchers?
Yes and no — I don’t post printed vouchers, but you can easily download and print the digital voucher yourself if you’d like to present it in person.

Can I choose when the voucher is sent?
Yes — you can select a specific date for the email voucher to be delivered to the recipient.

How do they redeem their voucher?
Each voucher includes a unique voucher code that can be entered at checkout on my website. It can also be used in person at the Bowl Gallery on Kawau Island.

What if the recipient doesn’t use the full value of the voucher?
Any unused balance will be refunded back to you.

What if they want to purchase something more expensive than the value of the voucher?
They can simply top up the difference with their own payment.

How long does the voucher last for?
Vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.

Can the voucher be used both online and in person?
Yes — vouchers can be used for any purchase on my website or at the Bowl Gallery on Kawau Island.
